Many people have told me that what we do is so much more than Breathwork….

We use movement and breath to Intentionally move energy through our bodies, and refill our cups using supportive and spiritual practices.

Join me this Wednesday December 7th @ 8pm EST for our session on Freeing the fear of Loss 🫶

With everything we love, comes a potential fear of loss …. Though we never truly lose the memories, lessons and growth we receive from every human and experience ✨🌻

This week, we will dive into an abundance mindset, set our sails to care for and nourish the things we love, while freeing the fear of loss ✨

Today I am celebrating an incredible success with such a killer team this week 🙌

This season the hair team knocked it out of the park ! Everyone took the time to watch all of the training, showed up on time and brought their absolute best and highest selves on set 🫶

Each year, I get to learn from everyone I work with, I get to hear their feedback and make improvements to continue to evolve and streamline our creative processes.

A Huge passion of mine is bringing wellness into the fashion world and last season I started our days backstage with a breath ritual, grounding & Intention practices as well as some movement & stretches to set our energy up RIGHT for the day and the models arriving in our chairs✨

We are excited to continue this process for many years to come as it’s our energy that can truly affect the people sitting in our chairs … ✨

I’m always preaching about aligning with the energy of the collection when it comes to designing hair & Makeup…

But sometimes opposites and energies that contradict that of the collection and couture is exactly what is needed to balance an editorial 🤘

For this shoot I used a Chain link technique to create some edge, metal and industrial vibes to connect with our location, paired with a fluffy, angelic and frilly flow to work with this insanely beautiful dress made for a true princess 👑

With Thanksgiving around the corner , it’s the perfect time to intentionally recharge our energy with the qualities we wish to embody and emanate for ourselves and our loved ones 🫶

On the First Wednesday of every month, We will be moving our bodies, setting intentions , and using Breathwork to move energy through our body to release stress, tapping into our own innate healing abilities. By focusing on our true joys, embracing forgiveness, kindness, and releasing judgement, we begin to feel higher and lighter, and more connected with ourselves 🫶

WE ARE IN TEAM BUILDING MODE 🫶✨

Getting ready for our first , Bi-annual, Fashion Art Toronto season of 2022 🤘

Each year I have the priveledge of Building, and training my hair team, working and learning from so many other talented hairstylists and artists, and getting to work with some truly incredible designers to curate the cohesive hairstyles that merge with the energy of their collection 🤞

Last season, I even had an opportunity to work with @ayimach_horizons and got to lead a breath ritual and intention circle with the models before they walked the runway. Breathwork has deep roots in indiginous and Indian cultures , which was in perfect alignment with Jason Baerg and their Collection.

Intention helps bring certain energies forward in everything we do, as we connect with the energy of words we start to embody that frequency.

Which is why we start our big days backstage with the same ritual to prep our vibes for the day so we can be our best for each model sitting in our chair

Bringing wellness into the fashion world has truly lit a fire in my heart and soul and I am so excited to continue on this journey !
